10k

We got to see Nate for a little while on Friday night.  Nate skyped us for Kyle's birthday so he could say Happy Brithday and see everyone.  Odd that he was more present than some people that were in the room!  I wish we could see him more, but it was at least great to see him at all.  We also got to see Mailie and Maverick, so that was really nice also.  Mav didn't quite know what to think about all of us on his computer screen, but he was sure interested when we put the dog up there for him to see!  He is getting so big, so fast!

Nate had his 10k race on Saturday.  He did it in 50 minutes, which he thought was fair and I thought was awesome!  I can't imagine running in that heat, breathing dust and thinner oxygen and doing it in 50 minutes....who am I kidding, I can't imagine doing that in perfect conditions!  :)

Anyway, he sent me some pictures, that I can hopefully attach below.  The first one is the group of people that he ran with and the second one is him at the finish line.
