They have changed Nate's work hours again, so it is a little more difficult for us to connect. We are still checking in with each other almost every day, but we don't get the time to chat like we were. He was complaining that he has run a race every St. Patrick's day for the last few years and wasn't going to get to run one this year. I did point out that he just ran one on Saturday...and was wearing green! Close enough. He was very thankful that Marcia had put athlete's foot medicine and blister bandages in one of the packages that we had sent. After running the 10k in that heat, he put those items to good use!
Amazing news....he already received the third package that we had sent. I believe it got there in about 10 days. Apparently they now know that he is there!! We sent his birthday package out yesterday, so I am hoping that it gets there sometime next week. It probably won't get there for his birthday, but at least it should be close.
Still no word on if they have to stay longer or not. We are still hoping to know soon, although even if they do tell them, it is still subject to change. Also, still no email from the Major with the pictures that he had said he was going to send.
